These terms set out the basis on which Farin Road accepts bookings for its supper clubs, tasting menus, pop-ups and other dining experiences. By completing a booking you accept these terms together with the cancellation and refund policy for the specific experience.
Bookings and payment
All bookings are made through our website and paid for in full at the time of booking via Stripe. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a booking reference. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.
Tickets and guests
Each booking is for the number of guests stated at checkout. Your booking reference is your ticket; please bring it with you. Names on bookings may be changed by contacting us in advance.
Dietary requirements
We accommodate dietary requirements and allergies where reasonably possible, but not every allergen can be removed from every dish. You are responsible for informing us of allergies at the time of booking. While we take great care, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refunds policy. In brief, cancellations made more than 14 days before an event may be refunded, cancellations within 14 days are generally non-refundable, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. We may refund or offer alternative dates where an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed by us.
Changes to events
Menus, venues, dates and times are given in good faith but may change. We will give as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event where necessary and will offer a refund or transfer in those circumstances.
Conduct
We ask guests to respect the experience, the venue and fellow guests. We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave where their conduct is disruptive, without refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
